Black Olive Hummus

Holy cow! Life feels like it is fast forward right now. Being a full time working mom has kicked my booty. Everyday is a struggle to keep up with household tasks and it seems like feeding myself is last on the priority list some days. Quick, healthy, and filling snacks are an absolute must right now. This black olive hummus is satisfying in every possible way.






Black Olive Hummus-
1 Can Chickpeas (drained)
1 Can Pitted Black Olives (drained)
4 Cloves of Garlic
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
4 Tablespoons Chicken Broth
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
2 Teaspoons Cumin
Salt and Pepper to taste

Put all ingredients in the blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
