Apple Cinnamon CBD bites

I recently started using CBD oil and I am such a fan. People always ask me "how does it make you feel?", the only way I can really explain it is that its like a big deep breath in a bottle! Does it make you stoned? NO! It just helps take the edge off. Really, that's just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to all of the benefits but we will get into that another day.

I typically add the oil to my morning cup of coffee or smoothie but I've been looking for new ways to incorporate it and these Apple Cinnamon CBD bites are such a fun little snack. I pack a couple each day and enjoy them for a mid morning bite or an afternoon pick me up!

Apple Cinnamon CBD Bites -
1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
1/8 Cup Ground Flaxseed
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Almond Butter
1/8 Cup Honey
1 Pinch of Salt
1/2 Cup Grated Green Apple
2 Full Droppers of CBD oil

Mix all ingredients together. Form small (golf ball sized) balls. Don't roll the mixture in your hands or it will fall apart. Press the mixture together to form the balls. Place on a lined cookie sheet and refrigerate for 30 min. Store in the refrigerator.
