Milk Chocolate Cold Brew Brownies

Is anyone else out there just obsessed with the flavor of coffee? I mean there is nothing better! Oh wait, unless you mix it with chocolate and make fluffy delicious brownies!

I have a confession to make... before testing out this recipe over and over until it was perfect, I had never made brownies from scratch! That's right, I used a box mix. So sue me! I was always under the assumption that make brownies was hard or time consuming. Well guess what, its not! It's the easiest thing ever and they turn out oh so delicious!

These brownies will be ones that you make on repeat! You know, like those recipes that you don't even need to look at because you have them memorized you have made them so many times! Don't believe me? Try 'em!

Milk Chocolate Cold Brew Brownies-

Yields- 9 Brownies

1 Stick Unsalted Butter
8 oz Milk Chocolate Chips
3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
3 Large Eggs (room temp)
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 Tablespoons Cold Brew Concentrate
3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp Salt

Melt the butter and chocolate chips in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove from the heat and pour into your mixing bowl. Allow mixture to cool for about 10 minutes.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
All the sugar to the chocolate mixture and whisk until well incorporated. Add the eggs one at a time. Whisk in the vanilla and cold brew concentrate.
Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt mix until just combined. Try to avoid over mixing.
Spread the batter into your prepared baking dish.
Bake for 45-50 min.
