Whipped Cranberry Vanilla Bean Butter

I am a huge fan of cranberry! There is just something about that tart flavor that is so enticing! In an attempt to spice things up this Thanksgiving I am trying a fun new spin on some traditional recipes. So skip the cranberry sauce and throw this together in two minutes instead!

Let's be honest... the best part of cranberry sauce is smothering it all over a slice of bread the next day and making a leftover turkey sandwich and this Whipped Cranberry Vanilla Bean Butter is the new and improved version of your day after spread!

I love recipes that are simple but impressive. Anything with vanilla bean in it seems fancy. It takes two seconds to scrape the pod but people will think that you really slaved away for this one! This is the perfect recipe to take with you to someones house! Put it in a cute jar and tie some ribbon around it and you are good to go! Bonus points if you pick up a baguette at your local bakery!

Whipped Cranberry Vanilla Bean Butter

1 Vanilla Bean
1/4 Cup Fresh Cranberries
1 Stick Grass Fed Butter (Room Temp)

Scrape the seeds out of the inside of the vanilla bean and put all of the ingredients into a food processor. Blend until all ingredients are incorporated. That's it! I told you I am into lazy girl recipes!
