Sugar Cookie Fudge (Dairy Free) (Gluten Free)

Tis' the season for all of the yummy treats! And lets talk about these delicious little bites of holiday joy! They are creamy, sweet, ooey, gooey and a much healthier alternative to the traditional fudge that we are all used to seeing!

I am working very hard on that thing called balance this holiday season and this Sugar Cookie Fudge is my attempt and skinnying up some of my go to holiday recipes! I am over joyed with how these turned out and I know that you will be to!

Sugar Cookie Fudge-

1 Cup Wild Friends Sugar Cookie Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Melted Coconut Oil
2 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
Sea Salt Flakes
Fun Sprinkles (optional)

Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper. You can use any pan but it will change the thickness of the fudge. I think that the 9x5 is perfect! Mix the peanut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup in a bowl. Pour the mixture into the lined loaf pan. Sprinkle with sea salt. Add sprinkles if you really want to spice them up! Put in freezer until set up. Cut and serve. Note: You will want to store these in the freezer in an air tight container!

These make the perfect little gift! I am totally going to make a huge batch and wrap them up in cute little boxes to give to the neighbors! So simple and so delicious!
