Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter Cups

I am the queen of lazy girl recipes and DIY's! I want to know what is in the food that I am eating and I want it to be quick! This recipe is perfect for those of you that want to impress but don't want the stress!

This time of year is so fun with all of the sweet treats and candy but I hate that it is all typically filled with junk. One benefit to DIYing your treats is knowing exactly what you are putting in your body!

This recipe has minimal ingredients which is makes it super simple to make but also much better for you than the packaged treats you would buy at the store. I used Wild Friends Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter for the filling in these and it is just so delicious. These little bites scream fall! (Inset your basic bitch joke here).



Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter Cups- 

1 Package Chocolate Chips
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Bean Ghee
Multiple Scoops of Wild Friends Pumpkin Spice PB
Coarse Sea Salt

Heat the chocolate chips and ghee on low until melted. Line a cupcake pan with fun festive liners. Put a spoonful of the melted chocolate in the bottom of the liner. Add a spoonful of PB on top of the chocolate. Lastly, add another spoonful of chocolate on top of the PB. Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top! Put in the freezer until set. Store in the refrigerator. 



I am gifting these PB cups to all of my friends this year. They turn out looking really impressive and they are no work at all! The coarse sea salt is really the cherry on top and cuts the sweet just enough!
