Pumpkin Spice Mixed Nuts

I have really been struggling to find healthy festive pumpkin spice treats! Don't get me wrong... I have been indulging in the pumpkin breads, scones, and beer but it's all about balance and I need to tone it down a bit. More to come on the other indulgences though!

Finding healthy pumpkin treats at the market is nearly impossible so I decided to make my own. These Pumpkin Spiced Mixed Nuts are so satisfying you wont even notice that that they are healthy. This snack has no sugar! Which was important to me at the beginning of this month while I was doing Whole30. No fear... these are 100% Whole30 approved.

These also make the cutest gift. I love putting these in a mason jar with a little bow and gifting them to a friend or co-worker. These would make a great addition to a fall themed gift basket with tea and a cute white pumpkin!

Pumpkin Spice Mixed Nuts-

1/4 Cup of your favorite nut mixture (I used almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, and pistachios)
1 tablespoon avocado oil
A few dashes of pumpkin pie spice

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Put nuts in a bowl and toss with avocado oil. Toss again with pumpkin pie spice. Make sure that all of the nuts are coated with spices. Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with coconut oil spray. Bake for 20 minutes flipping 1/2 way through. Place on a cooling rack covered in paper towels. Let cool for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
