Everything but the Bagel Popcorn

You know those days where there is just enough of a chill in the air that it is socially acceptable to stay in your pajamas and binge watch Grey's Anatomy with your cat.... this is the perfect snack for that kind of day!




There is something about the Everything but the Bagel seasoning from Trader Joe's that is just pure perfection! This combo of spices is perfect for any savory snack. I put it on everything from hard boiled eggs, smashed potatoes and now even popcorn. The question really is... what cant I put this seasoning on!?



I am always looking for simple snacks to whip together... this Everything but the Bagel Popcorn is sure to be a crowd pleaser. This popcorn would be perfect for a fun movie night, game day or after school snack! It's quick, easy and healthy (as long as you don't eat 5 bowls of it!) Make a big batch in 5 min and let the fun begin!

Everything but the Bagel Popcorn-

1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
3/4 Cup of Organic Popcorn Kernels
2 1/2 Tablespoons Ghee
1 Tablespoon (or more) Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel Seasoning 

Put the avocado oil in a pan and heat on medium/high heat. Add the popcorn kernels and put the lid on. While popcorn is popping melt your ghee over the stove top. Listen for the pop corn to have about 3 seconds between each pop. This is when it is done. You will feel it! Be careful not to let it burn. Pour the popcorn into a large bowl and drizzle the melted ghee over the top. Toss in the everything seasoning!
