Sparkling Rose Water

I'm currently on a floral kick.. if you saw my post about lavender infused popcorn you know what I am talking about! I think it is the fact that spring if finally here and I am looking forward to blossoms and blooms! My house is soon to be filled from head to toe with peonies!

We have had an extremely harsh winter  in Oregon this year. Like, it snowed two days ago! I'm so over it and I needed a pick me up from this dreary weather. This sparkling rose water is perfection. I am day dreaming about sipping this at brunch on the patio while listening to the tropical house station!

One thing that I love about this recipe is that you can make it as strong as you would like! I got these edible rose buds and I am obsessed! More fun DIYs featuring these to come!

There are like two steps to this DIY and that is my favorite kind of recipe or project. People will be impressed when you whip this out and say you made it yourself. It would be the perfect thing to fix up for an impromptu guest.

Sparkling Rose Water-

  • Edible Rose Buds
  • Pure La Croix Sparkling Water

That's it! Two ingredients and two steps! Steep the rosebuds in hot water. You can leave them in as long as you want depending on how much of a rose flavor you want! Then add the rose "tea" to the sparkling water. Again add as much or as little as you want. Then pour it in a cute glass of course! And garnish it with one of the little dried roses! Enjoy!
