This DIY was just as fun to make as it was to use! And isn't it beautiful!?!
For this steam I used three different types of dried flowers-
Rosehips help regenerate skin cell production and can help reduce the appearance of some scaring.
Lavender helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles and helps eliminate blemishes.
Chamomile helps with inflammation. Bye Bye bloat!
This combo is the triple threat!
I added two tablespoons of each to a large bowl and poured boiling water over the top. Then I put a towel over my head to trap in the steam and held my face over the bowl for 10 min. It was the ultimate detox. When I was done my skin was super soft and dewy!
You can even add a drop of peppermint essential oil if you are feeling stuffy! It is genius!
I felt so pampered! It was such a luxurious at home treatment! I will defiantly be adding this into my skin care line up and you should too!
